1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

4. I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER

Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact our team, we are happy to assist.

5. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

6. WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

7. HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

8. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order on the carrier's website. Clicking on the link will allow you to check the status of your order while it is in transit.

9. Can I make changes to my order?

We understand that your order is important, so we strive to complete it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. Please make sure all your information is correct when you confirm checkout.

10. How do I return or exchange an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns as long as the item is in its original condition (tags intact and no obvious wear) and is not a clearance sale item. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges!

11. Once our team receives your return package, you will be issued a permanent online credit note that can be used to purchase any item in our store, or the size you prefer.

12. The item I want is out of stock. What should I do now?

We usually restock our latest collections within a few weeks. So register your email address to be notified of restocks so you don't miss out next time.

14. I entered the wrong delivery address - can you fix it for me?

Please contact us immediately with your correct address. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to modify your shipping label accordingly, but if your order has already been packed and/or shipped, then unfortunately we cannot make any changes for you.

15. What if I received the wrong or defective item?

Unfortunately, you received the wrong or defective item. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, item name/product code, item images and further details of the problem.

16. I forgot to use my discount code, can I still use it?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and discount code and we will do our best to help you!
